RevvTik uses the sub-processors below to process Customer Data on RevvTik's behalf when delivering the Services (for example hosting, transcription, AI inference, and transactional email). Not all sub-processors apply to every customer or deployment.

Connected meeting or telephony platforms (such as Zoom or FreJun) are not listed here. Where a customer authorises an integration, RevvTik retrieves content from that platform under the customer's instructions; those platforms are data sources under the customer's own relationship with the provider, not RevvTik sub-processors. See our Privacy Policy.

Material changes are handled in line with our Data Processing Addendum. This list is versioned; see the bottom of this page.

Hostinger

Hosting, databases, and storage for the RevvTik application and customer content.

Speech-to-text transcription processing for customer call recordings submitted through RevvTik.

LLM inference used to generate analysis, summaries, evidence extraction, and coaching outputs.

Google SMTP Relay

Transactional service email delivery (invitations, password reset, security notices) via Google SMTP relay. Not used for marketing email.

Region determined by Google and relay configuration.
