FAQ
What platforms are supported?
Live connectors today: Zoom, Google Meet, FreJun, GoTo Connect, and Webex. Manual uploads work for any recording source you already have.
Who connects integrations - admin or salesperson?
Zoom, Google Meet, and FreJun: salespeople connect their own accounts under Salesperson dashboard → Settings → Platform connections. Workspace admins only enable or disable those platforms for the team.
GoTo Connect: a workspace admin connects the organization once under Admin → Settings, then maps GoTo sales lines to RevvTik users. Salespeople do not connect GoTo separately. See the GoTo Connect guide.
Webex: your workspace chooses either Individual mode (each salesperson connects) or Admin / team-wide mode (one admin connects and maps Webex people). See the Webex guide.
Workspace admins turn platforms on or off for the team under Admin → Settings → Platform connections. If a salesperson tile is missing, ask your admin to enable it — admins do not complete Zoom/Meet/FreJun OAuth on a rep's behalf.
Does the admin connect Zoom or Google for everyone?
No for Zoom, Google Meet, and FreJun. Admins enable the platform for the workspace; each salesperson completes their own OAuth flow from their settings page. FreJun may also have an optional admin API key section for bulk import — that is separate from a salesperson's personal Connect FreJun tile.
GoTo Connect is different: the admin connects the organization and maps lines. See Connect GoTo Connect.
Webex can be either: Individual (like Zoom) or Admin / team-wide (like GoTo, with user mapping). See Connect Webex.
How do I disconnect a platform?
On the salesperson settings page, open Platform connections, click Disconnect on the platform tile, and confirm in the dialog. Tokens are cleared on our side; you can reconnect anytime.
How long is audio kept?
Audio is processed for transcription and then removed from storage as part of the pipeline. Retained text and scores follow your retention settings, see Security.
How long does RevvTik keep data?
Audio recordings: Deleted automatically after transcription processing completes.
Transcripts, scores, analyses, and coaching insights: Retained according to your organization's retention policy (12, 18, or 24 months).
Account and organization deletion: Customer data is deleted from primary systems within 30 days of a verified deletion request, subject to backup retention and legal requirements.
Who is responsible for telling prospects a call is recorded?
Your organisation (the customer) is responsible for compliance with recording laws. RevvTik provides templates to help.
Where are AI models run?
Configure your deployment’s AI endpoint (e.g. OpenAI API or Azure OpenAI in an EU region). Document the actual region in your RoPA / transfer assessments.
